By this time 48 hours should have passed, allowing you to buy more ore/ingots from the Whiterun blacksmiths. To reduce the amount of time you spend waiting for the Whiterun blacksmith to restock (48 hours), you can fast travel to Riverwood, and buy more ingots/ore from the blacksmith there, fast travel back to Whiterun, smelt the ore, and craft the daggers. However, you may enchant the iron daggers for Enchanting experience and sell them to gain back some money.
The downside to this method is that you'll need an initial investment of 1500-2000 gold before you do this. Next move over to the forge and make as many Iron daggers as you can. These four items can be found in various locations. Buy all the Iron Ingots, Iron Ore, and leather strips from either Adrianne or Ulfberth War- Bear (who is inside the shop) and head to the smelter to smelt your ore into Iron Ingots. A rare effect in Skyrim, only four ingredients can be used to create Potions of Fortify Smithing.Fortunately, they're not too hard to come by. A great way to level it up early in the game is to head to Whiterun and visit the female blacksmith, Adrianne Avenicci, next to the entrance of Warmaiden's.
